英語にしてみた

I hade experiencing severe pain in my lower back.

 I  received a nerve block for relief, which has significantly reduced the pain.

 However, as the cause of the pain is due to a deformity in my lumbar spine, it's important to be mindful of my daily activities to avoid further discomfort.
